Can I order by phone or fax?
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend you make your purchase via the Shopping Trolley on the website. However if you are not able to access the site, White Pony is happy to take your order by phone. Due to security issues, we will only accept faxed orders if you contact White Pony by phone first. What forms of payment do you accept?

White Pony accepts payment via paypal and mastercard and visa for all phone orders. White Pony does not accept cash, cheques or cash-on-delivery for any deliveries.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to ship your order is dependant on where you are located. For orders within Australia, delivery will be between 3 and 5 working days for standard delivery. For international orders please allow between 6 and 12 working days.

What countries does White Pony ship to?
White Pony sends parcels globally to most countries. Please contact us at info@whitepony.com.au for further details.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
We only send emails to members that have requested to receive them within their registration. If you wish to unsubscribe from these emails, simply sign-in and update your email preferences. You can also unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of any email communications from White Pony. If you continue to have problems, please contact us for further assistance.

How do I update my account details?
White Pony allows you to change or correct your personal information at any time. Simply sign-in using your email address and chosen password, and you will find options for editing the information you have submitted.
