| RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
WHITE PONY KEEPS IT SIMPLE
How to return goods:
STEP 1. Locate the ‘Customer Returns and Re-order Form’ sent with your purchase. In the ‘ReturnS section’ simply list the item/s you would like to return in the ‘ReturnS item list’. To assist White Pony with the return process, we kindly ask that you mark the reason for the return using the ‘Returns Code’ on the form.
STEP 2. Re-package the item/s including the form and post it back to White Pony to the address located below. Once the parcel is returned to White Pony, we will credit you with your original method of payment. The cost of original delivery will not be refunded however, unless goods ordered are faulty or not what you originally ordered, we will fully refund items.
How to exchange/re-order:
STEP 1. To make an exchange or to re-order, contact White Pony via phone or email to check stock availability and ask for the items you require to be placed on hold. The maximum period for hold is 5 days.
STEP 2. Complete the ‘Re-order Section’ on the Returns Form as well as the delivery and payment details on the back of the form.

Postage Charges for Re-order In any case of exchange, you will be charged a rate of $6.95 for standard delivery within Australia and $20.00 internationally.
