DELIVERY Our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and/or courier and may require a signature on receipt. For this reason, a work address is preferred for those who are employed on a full- time basis to ensure you receive your parcel efficiently. If no one is available to receive your order, a card will be left indicating your parcel is available for collection at the marked location. Remember to let us know if your address changes to keep us up-to-date.
White Pony is not liable for any delay, loss or damage during shipping. We recommend you purchase sufficient postal insurance to cover for loss or damage.
Standard Delivery Allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery.
Express Delivery Express delivery of your goods is available throughout Australia. It is best to call when placing express orders to ensure we have the right sizes and colours available.
The Australia Post Next Business Day Network operates between most capital cities. Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis. Postage and Handling Charges This is a one-off cost per order, regardless of how many clothes, home wares, accessories and shoes are in your order.
Standard Delivery within Australia Flat rate per order = $8.95 AU (with return costs at the customer's expense)
International Orders Flat rate per order = $35.00 AU (with return costs at the customer's expense)
International customers, please allow up to 14 days (Air) and 30 days (Sea) for delivery from the time of transaction.
When ordering from outside of Australia please be aware that White Pony is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Should charges be levied in your country, and in the case that you refuse to pay these fees, your credit card will be charged for all merchandise and delivery costs that may be incurred by White Pony. When the refused merchandise is returned to White Pony, your credit card account will be reimbursed for the cost of the purchase of the merchandise and not delivery.
